Veterans Memorial Park
Stretching along Great Peconic Bay at the terminus of Bay Avenue, the Mattituck Park District Office is located here. In addition, there are other park buildings, including the Community Room for residential use, parking areas, bocce court, shuffleboard, and horseshoe pitch. During the summer season, the beach has life guards on duty, as well as restrooms and outdoor shower. A beach wheelchair is available for disabled patrons. This popular swimming and relaxing spot is located on the shores of Peconic Bay and contains 400 feet of white sandy beaches.

During the summer season beach entrance requires a beach permit  for residents. Due to the COVID-19 virus, we are required to reduce capacity by 50%. The price of the 2020-2021 Season Pass is $20. They are available for purchase at the MPD Office. Sale is restricted to residents with in the MPD boundaries. The parking permit may be used at all Mattituck Beach parking areas.
