Veterans Memorial Park
Located on Peconic Bay Blvd., the Park District Office is here as well as a Community Room available to residents for parties and events. The Park has a life-guarded beach with restrooms and an outdoor shower and fenced-in childrens play ground There is a large picnic area with tables and barbeques and on site parking.  Resident permits are $10 for 2 years or $5/yr. Guest permits are $25 per day.

The Community Room is available year-round to residents. It has tables and chairs to accommodate 80 people, and a new prep-kitchen with plenty of counter space. There is an outdoor covered porch with picnic tables that overlooks the beach and Peconic Bay, and a large picnic area that can be rented with the room for extra space.

Aldrich Lane Fields
This large property is located on Aldrich Lane in Laurel. It has lighted Athletic Fields and is widely used by local clubs for soccer and lacrosse. Permits are required to use the fields. For more information, please call the District office.

Peconic Bay Park 
Located on Peconic Bay Blvd., the site, sometimes called the Yacht Club property, has a 75-foot baseball field, parking area, and a private beach for Mattituck/Laurel Park District residents' use. There are no lifeguards at this beach and swimming is at your own risk. A new gate hut has been installed and residents may purchase permits valid at all three beaches weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Breakwater Beach and Park
This beautiful park is located on Long Island Sound, just west of Mattituck Inlet. It has a life-guarded beach, restrooms, outdoor shower, volleyball courts and parking area.  There is a new covered pavilion for residents to enjoy.  During the summer season entrance requires a season permit for residents or a Guest permit for non-residents. Residents permits are $10 for 2 years or $5/yr. Guest permits are $25 per day.

Bailie Beach Park
Located on the east side of Mattituck Inlet, this park has a quiet sandy beach that extends west to the Jetty, dunes, and a tidal wetland area that are home to a variety of birds and wildlife.
This is a private beach, only open to Mattituck/Laurel residents. There are no restrooms or lifeguards, and swimming is at your own risk. Parking is limited to a small area at the end of Bailie Beach Road and you must have a Southold Town permit to park there. 
Bailie Beach Lodge
The Lodge is located in the upland area minutes from the beach. Local Boy Scout and Girl Scout Troops have meetings and events here. Scout Troops from outside the area may rent the Lodge, which has a large meeting room, commercial kitchen and bathrooms. Bay Avenue Park
This is the site of a baseball field, two tennis courts, and a small area for parking.
